Open a Corporate Current Account

Below are the documents required when opening a corporate current account:

 

  1. Scanned copy of specimen signature duly completed
  2. Scanned copy of Certificate of Incorporation
  3. Scanned copies of forms C02 and C07 gotten from the Corporate Affairs Commission
  4. Scanned copy of passport photograph duly signed in jpeg format
  5. Scanned copies of 2 independent and satisfactory references. Referees must not be a staff account holder
  6. Scanned copy of board resolution authorizing the account opening
  7. Scanned copy of valid means of identification (either international passport, driver’s license, voter’s card, or national ID card)
  8. Scanned copy of address verification document (utility bills) e.g., PHCN bill, water rate, or LAWMA bill
  9. Scanned copy of Resident Permit of signatories (For foreigners only)
